Returns + Exchanges

We value traditional handicraft as jewelers did since ancient times, starting journey from a sketch and manually working on every piece. Kozminka jewelry is made by hand and no item will ever look absolutely the same as another. It is also not ideal that is the evidence of hand-workmanship.

Complete satisfaction with your purchase is incredibly important to us. If you decide that you would like to return or exchange your purchase we will be happy to work with you.

Please email to hello@kozminka.com prior to returning an item within a maximum of 48 hours following receipt of the order.

All returns must:

• Be made within 14 days of receipt of your purchase

• Be in the same condition as when it was received

• Include the original www.kozminka.com packaging and tags

• Note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund of your payment

• Be shipped at the Customer’s expense, via a trackable delivery service and insured at full retail value; Customer is fully responsible for the product until the point that it is received by www.kozminka.com

• Be packed properly in order to avoid loss or damage; Customer is responsible for the condition of the goods as received by www.kozminka.com.

Custom orders are nonreturnable, nonrefundable, and nonexchangeable.
